    We keep our group sessions small (6-8 people) to maintain a warm, welcoming space for all people. These gatherings are an invitation to discover and embrace your authentic self. Within this circle, you are seen, heard, accepted and honored.

    We teach powerful tools for heart activation, allowing you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and others. By leading with heart, you engage with compassion and hone your innate gifts, expanding your awareness of the possibilities available to you.

    Heartwork includes wellness of mind, body, and spirit. We employ a macro approach to healing by combining traditional and innovative methods. We customize plans to improve outcomes. Some approaches include brainspotting, hypnotherapy, sounding healing, herbal medicine, energy healing, aromatherapy and more.

  • Inclusive

    Our groups are open to all people regardless of age, race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, spirituality or religious expression, and any other life experiences. We value each person’s understanding of divinity (all religious and spiritual beliefs or non-beliefs are welcome here). The brave spaces we co-create emphasize individual and group healing. We recognize and value the power of diverse groups coming together to learn and grow.

  • Energetic Connection

    The heart produces powerful electromagnetic energy and creates an energetic field which extends around the body. By learning and practicing simple heart-centered techniques, we synchronize our physical, spiritual, emotional and mental systems, improving the energetic flow in our bodies, our environment, and our relationships. Through heart, our resonance aligns with those around us allowing coregulation and intentional co-creation.

I’m just beginning my healing journey. I don’t even know where to start. Can you help me?

The short answer is a resounding, “Yes!” Because we take time to learn where you are in your process, we are able to guide you to the services, groups, gatherings that will most benefit you. Each of us continues to learn and grow, moving along our path at the pace best for us. There is no hierarchy here. All humans bring their own unique gifts and talents. We welcome you!

Why should I work with Heartworker Haven? How are you different from others offering similiar services?

First, unlike others offering similiar services, we don’t claim we are the experts who have all your answers—you, are! Secondly, We are professionals trained in trauma work and other evidence-based modalities who have combined experience of more than 40 years. We are More importantly, we believe health, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, requires honoring the needs of all elements of a person. The founding members of HWH feel led to integrate all ways of healing into our work to allow the mind, body, and spirit to be fully in sync unlocking talents and gifts and freeing creativity. We also believe in the autonomy of each individual. Trust your own intuition, when deciding whether we are a good fit for you.

How much does it cost to do heartwork?

Because the work is tailored to each person, the cost will vary dependent upon your needs, goals, and desired outcomes. You have choices about which events/courses/sessions appeal to you. We also have a free limited site membership which allows you to get to know us and the services we provide. So you could start there!

Do I have to attend in person to engage with heartwork?

While many of our events are face-to-face, and we encourage you to attend as we believe their is healing power with in-person connection, most events and activities also have an online option.
